Started out on the 28th of June, but I never finished it until now-
Today we celebrated Ayesha’s seventeenth birthday. We basically all showed up to her place, and naturally, I was the last to show up. Once we were there, we were all starved at 1 pm, and head out for lunch. After shooting down many ideas, and just mehhing at others, we finally decided to go to Street 1 Cafe, and we even sat at OUR table! The one in the corner, in the back, with the individual cushion chairs, in front of the bathrooms.
Ayesha treated us to lunch (she and amna did all the calculations to ensure we’d have money to pay for everyone, as well as enough left over for cream puffs from Beard Papa’s afterwards). Our drinks were the first things to arrive, and we made it known to the world just how crazy and weird we were right there and then. Alya ordered something called a Slizard on the menu, Mnaz a classical lemonade, Ayesha some sort of kitkat cold coffee blend, Amna a blue lagoon/pinacolada, and I didn’t order a drink. A wise, wise choice.
Soo. Alya’s drink was pretty salty and sour. Still liked it. Mnaz’s lemonade was waaayy too sour for my taste though. Amna’s drink was the perfect amount of sweet, which for everyone else was TOO sweet xD So I had to finish that~ Plus, Ayesha didn’t like her drink either, so I had to help her finish that.
Oops. The weird and crazy bit. I mixed a bit of everyone’s drinks into my empty water glass and drank it. It was pretty good. Oh, all the drink’s but Amna’s. But still. It was interesting watching their reactions. Especially Alya’s since she was so disgusted, and even Ayesha! She’s the one that suggested it to me! I mean, I do this shiz, but I thought better of it at a fancy-ish cafe which was jam packed, and I’d only end up embarrassing my friends. Apparently not. But it was hilarious for me~
Our food arrived, and we tucked in. Thanks, Ayesha~! It was yum yum yum, and we had to get the food packed since we were nitpicking at each other’s plates.
Once we were done eating, we head on over to Beard Papa’s to get the cream puffs to go. While we waited for our order, Alya and I took our fab selfie with the gnome they had, Mr. Papa Beard himself (Ayesha “photobombed” with her classic/typical hands clutching each other in the front, pouty smile, face tilted to the left (always the left) pose). And then we approached the counter to pay, where they were still preparing our order. I swipped a bit of the cream filling off the butterpaper they had spread out to fill the pastries. Yeaaah, I’m totally getting banned from there someday!
Now, our posse moves on to One Shop to try and find the Sharoh Khan movies we were going to watch. The store didn’t have any such “old” movies. We moved on to Radio City. There, we found so many, we couldn’t choose! It didn’t help that they were placed right next to the Disney Cartoon movies…Needless to say, it took us forever to decide what to buy! None of us could decide on one film to watch. And whenever we decided to try and shortlist so we could all vote, one of us would run off to grab another candidate movie to the voting roster. In the end, we didn’t buy our movie, but decided that we’d just stream on while we waited with our board games. (Alya did buy some Sharoh Khan movie though.)
Now, at the Ayesha/Asad Cave, we set up for a challenging game of Taboo. Boy, was it a let down! ONLY score wise, as Alya and I (#BeeLive) lost =( We were competing with Mnaz, Ayesha, and Amna. I think the score was sixty something to seventy/early eighties something. Mnaz and I were the only experienced players. It was insanely fun, and we all got so hyped with this game that we played for two and a half hours, I believe. We played all the purple sided ones, then started with a few of the green ones, until our game was cut short since Amna had to go to an impromptu dinner thing.
After that, Alya had to leave soon too, since her mom had to go somewhere. Now, with just Ayesha, Mnaz, and I, we decided to go grab our left overs and settle down, snug and super lazy, to watch some youtubers react videos from the FineBro.
Eventually, it dwindled down to just Ayesha and I, and we chilled until I too left.
All and all, it was a greaaat birthday celebration, and now I’m decided what the hell I should do for mine! It is July after all!
*excitement*
Phooo, I stil have to post about the Rung Fight at Mnaz’s place on Wednesday… AND today’s new anime… =Y
