Ayesha’s Board Game Birthday

Started out on the 28th of June, but I never finished it until now-

Today we celebrated Ayesha’s seventeenth birthday. We basically all showed up to her place, and naturally, I was the last to show up. Once we were there, we were all starved at 1 pm, and head out for lunch. After shooting down many ideas, and just mehhing at others, we finally decided to go to Street 1 Cafe, and we even sat at OUR table! The one in the corner, in the back, with the individual cushion chairs, in front of the bathrooms.

Ayesha treated us to lunch (she and amna did all the calculations to ensure we’d have money to pay for everyone, as well as enough left over for cream puffs from Beard Papa’s afterwards). Our drinks were the first things to arrive, and we made it known to the world just how crazy and weird we were right there and then. Alya ordered something called a Slizard on the menu, Mnaz a classical lemonade, Ayesha some sort of kitkat cold coffee blend, Amna a blue lagoon/pinacolada, and I didn’t order a drink. A wise, wise choice.

Soo. Alya’s drink was pretty salty and sour. Still liked it. Mnaz’s lemonade was waaayy too sour for my taste though. Amna’s drink was the perfect amount of sweet, which for everyone else was TOO sweet xD So I had to finish that~ Plus, Ayesha didn’t like her drink either, so I had to help her finish that.

Oops. The weird and crazy bit. I mixed a bit of everyone’s drinks into my empty water glass and drank it. It was pretty good. Oh, all the drink’s but Amna’s. But still. It was interesting watching their reactions. Especially Alya’s since she was so disgusted, and even Ayesha! She’s the one that suggested it to me! I mean, I do this shiz, but I thought better of it at a fancy-ish cafe which was jam packed, and I’d only end up embarrassing my friends. Apparently not. But it was hilarious for me~

Our food arrived, and we  tucked in. Thanks, Ayesha~! It was yum yum yum, and we had to get the food packed since we were nitpicking at each other’s plates.

Once we were done eating, we head on over to Beard Papa’s to get the cream puffs to go. While we waited for our order, Alya and I took our fab selfie with the gnome they had, Mr. Papa Beard himself (Ayesha “photobombed” with her classic/typical hands clutching each other in the front, pouty smile, face tilted to the left (always the left) pose). And then we approached the counter to pay, where they were still preparing our order. I swipped a bit of the cream filling off the butterpaper they had spread out to fill the pastries. Yeaaah, I’m totally getting banned from there someday!

Now, our posse moves on to One Shop to try and find the Sharoh Khan movies we were going to watch. The store didn’t have any such “old” movies. We moved on to Radio City. There, we found so many, we couldn’t choose! It didn’t help that they were placed right next to the Disney Cartoon movies…Needless to say, it took us forever to decide what to buy! None of us could decide on one film to watch. And whenever we decided to try and shortlist so we could all vote, one of us would run off to grab another candidate movie to the voting roster. In the end, we didn’t buy our movie, but decided that we’d just stream on while we waited with our board games. (Alya did buy some Sharoh Khan movie though.)

Now, at the Ayesha/Asad Cave, we set up for a challenging game of Taboo. Boy, was it a let down! ONLY score wise, as Alya and I (#BeeLive) lost =( We were competing with Mnaz, Ayesha, and Amna. I think the score was sixty something to seventy/early eighties something. Mnaz and I were the only experienced players. It was insanely fun, and we all got so hyped with this game that we played for two and a half hours, I believe. We played all the purple sided ones, then started with a few of the green ones, until our game was cut short since Amna had to go to an impromptu dinner thing.

After that, Alya had to leave soon too, since her mom had to go somewhere. Now, with just Ayesha, Mnaz, and I, we decided to go grab our left overs and settle down, snug and super lazy, to watch some youtubers react videos from the FineBro.

Eventually, it dwindled down to just Ayesha and I, and we chilled until I too left.

All and all, it was a greaaat birthday celebration, and now I’m decided what the hell I should do for mine! It is July after all!

*excitement*

Phooo, I stil have to post about the Rung Fight at Mnaz’s place on Wednesday… AND today’s new anime… =Y

I’ll do it eventually~!

Haha, until next time~

Ze “Carnival of Cocoas” & A Rant on Mah Umbrella

So it pooouuured today, and it was wonderful. (Haha, Spring still isn’t here yet!)

Although yesterday was fantabulously wonderous!! It was raining, I had my fab ombre umbrella spinning round and round, while singing, and shimmying my way up and down the terrace. Singing loudly, of course. And, let me impress y’all with my multitasking skills, I was also texting my bro, Kamil.

Anyhoo, my umbrella died today =( After using it yesterday, I left it open in the shade on the terrace, and thought I’d just fold it up in the morning before heading out to school in case it rained today (which it did. A lot.).

Buut because I slept in today, I completely forgot and left it there. Ooh, what did Mother Nature do to my happy and bright umbrella in eight hours? Nothing. It wasn’t Mother Nature that did it. It was simply Mother.

My mom hastily wrapped up my umbrella, possibly while blindfolded, and broke four metal rods that kept the umbrella in shape. I came home to find it completely retarded and the closest thing resembling a star. I tinkered with it for around fifteen minutes and fixed it for the most part, but there’s still one rod that won’t bend the right way. It’s a small abnormality, but it still functions.

But it bothers me the most, that out of all the practical things I get from my trip to Budapest, Hungary, my mom still manages to meddle to the point where she ruins even an umbrella. And it’s not like you can get decent umbrellas here either.

Grr. If everyone’s got a fatal flaw, my mother’s is her Over Efficiency. And I hate it with a passion. A burning passion. Think Heathcliff’s love for Catherine. (#WH)

So anywaaays…It rained a lot, and the sunny days are gone for a while. It’s all cold and drizzle like at the moment.

The perfect time to search up some recipes for warming you from the inside out drinks!

And hence the title. A Carnavil of Cocoas. Sounds so brilliant ❤

But the credit doesn’t go to me, it goes to the owner of this coffee infused and obsessed recipe blog I found on my quest, Sugarbeanbakers.blogspot.com!

RandomTip- Dealing with Hairspray

Hairspray would be a girl’s best friend. If it was easy to get out the next day, and NOT make your hair super stiff to the point where you can’t run your fingers through it, let alone brush it….And that is why it’s a frienemy.

But that’s not important right now. Have you ever curled your hair, then sealed it all off with a load of hairspray, or perhaps used it to keep down flyaways, or just to keep it all in place (for loads of dancing, or a fancy evening out, or whateverrr)?

Well, I know I have. Not much, or often, or even at all, if I can help it. It’s just a total pain, and a much worse one trying to wash it out!

But for the annual school play, I wasn’t allowed to follow my own rules, and hence had to put up with stage make up (sooo much more than I actually would ever wear anywhere) and curling my hair (apparently, it was a crime back in the sixteenth century to have had dead straight hair =Y ).

Aaaand they put hair spray in my hair. The next day, I took a shower, and it still didn’t come out! (I didn’t shampoo that day, because I had the day prior, but either way, my hair was all tangled up.)

Sooo I experimented a bit, and found a simple way to get hairspray out of your hair. Just put some oil in your hair, sleep with it in after your night of partying, and just wash your hair in the morning. Your hair will feel so amazingly healthy afterwards, you won’t even realize you had to endure icky hairspray in it for as many hours as you did!

It worked great with me, and even after I put the oil into my hair- oils like olive oil, or coconut oil- I was able to greatly detangle/untangle my hair since it had become super smooth, and greasy, and, well, oily.

Anyways, hope this helps with keeping your hair healthy and yet still being able to do some fancier hair stuff every now and then =)

Buh bye now!

A Fantastic Comic Site- SatW

So I’ve been prowling the net for a website which displays cute, and interesting comics that need not be professional, detailed as much as something like the DC ones, or even with much of a plot.

And now, after so so SO long, I have finally come across a site worthy of mentioning, because it’s just SO impressive and perfectly what I was looking for!

I introduce to you, and I do hope you’ll enjoy it, the satwcomic.com ! It’s Scandinavia and the World comics =)

satw posre

The characters are countries, and they all have stereotypes attached to them- America is blonde and buff, meddling in everyone’s affairs, with very little knowledge on the European countries. Sweden is a typical nerdy character, with his hair slicked to one side, wearing glasses and a collared shirt at all times. Denmark is happy go lucky, has cute floppy hair, and is rarely ever seen without a bottle of beer in his hands. Finland is a mute, menacing man in a ski-hat (the kind that covers your ears?), and always carrying a knife.

scandinavia_and_the_world-300x133

^[left to right- America, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Yes, it is a thing, and a totally normal one at that, for Norway to be carrying a fish around everywhere.][And no, America is fair skinned, but in some comics he’s got a spray on tan that doesn’t look real one bit.]

The countries wear shirts with their flags on them, and trust me, sometimes even that inspires a short story, like this. It’s hilarious!

The stories are sometimes just random, inspired by real-life occurrences, or even historically enlightening! Myths and the Scandinavian’s perception of other countries is a constant theme in these sketches, and I love it. It’s fun, interesting, and funny.

^This is a panel that cracks me up everyyyy time xD That’s America as a child, and here, England is his father =3 How cute is that? (Canada is America’s brother.) This is what happens when England ignores America when he was showing him all sorts of things as a kid…The tea got what it had coming to it =/

the british aisles

^[I like to think of the two twins near the bottom as the Weasely twins =3]

The drawing style itself catches my eye. Possibly cuz it resembles mine so much. The character’s are,  usually lanky chibis like the power puff girls. Although that’s hardly fair, since this artwork is amazing, not over the top, but the simplicity gives it dignity and it has an admirable effect. It’s fantastic, and I spent all of yesterday stalking that site. I’ve read nearly all the comics that have been posted in the past three years…It’s adorable and I love it ❤

tumblr_ls37zyT8Xr1r1gengo1_500

I’d definitely recommend visiting this site every now and then to see what the Nordics are up to =) It’s worth it ^_^

Anyhoo, that’s all that there is towards this tiny post that I should have written yesterday….B-but, I was reaaaally absorbed in reading the comics then >.<

Recipe- A Pasta Sandwhich

Here’s a suuuuper easy recipe that’s creative, easy to make, and Ali Approved. I mean, it’s something that even I can make. And this is the girl that has set the microwave on fire whilst making microwavable popcorn. Multiple times.

Ahem. Well, this a unique twist on what the hell to do with leftover pasta you’re just tired of reheating over and over again that will just never finish. So here’s the recipe. Well, instructions. It’s very flexible, so you can add and remove whatever you like almost. Just enjoy it.

This dish was devised being creative with leftover pasta. Please keep that in mind.

Ingredients-
1. A bit of leftover pasta (already prepared, boiled pasta with keema/minced meat added if preferable, red pasta sauce/sauce of your choice.) (rtp, or even fresh out of the fridge works.)
2. A slice of cheese of your choosing. (Mine, cheddar)
3. Two slices of your choice of bread. (Mine, white. Brown if available.)

(Sort of) Required-
1. Open-minded-ness towards different food combinations.
2. A Sandwich-maker. The kind you’d use to make a plain ol’ grilled cheese sandwich.
OR
2. A stove and a microwave. And preferbility of solid cheese over melted cheese.

Prepare-(Sandwich-maker Edition)

1. Take a slice of bread and place into your sandwich maker.
2. Spread a layer of pasta, as thick or thin as you’d like on to the bread.
3. Place your cheese slice on top of that.
4. Top with the last slice of bread.
5. Manage to slam/smush the lid of the sandwich maker down (this may vary in difficulty depending upon the helpfulness of your sandwich maker and how much pasta you stuffed your sandwich with.)

Prepare-(Stove Edition)
1. Heat one slice of bread on a pan (no oil or water in the pan necessary) both sides.
2. While heating the bread, place your pasta in the microwave and heat until you are happy with it’s temperature. Usually, I’d say popping it in for 30 seconds should do it, if not, put it in for another 10 seconds, and do so repeatedly until you’re fine with its temperature. Check in between. (Duuh.)
3. Heat second slice of bread in the same way.
4. Assemble your sandwich. Bread, pasta, solid cheese, bread. If you REALLY must have melted cheese, just pop the sandwich into the microwave again, but note that the pasta will dry up a bit, and the bread might become soggy (especially if you have used loads of pasta sauce/condiments.)

Result-
You end up with a shell of bread, stuffed full of delish warm pasta, with melted cheese a top it. True love ❤

Wanna stretch this meal out to TWO days?!
Why not make the pasta first for dinner, then have this leftover utilizer for lunch? It’s quick, efficient, and sounds like an ad for some washing soap or some tubaware like thing!

Patsa Prep-
1. Take a packet of pasta such as the macaroni type, and pour it into a a pot that is mostly full of water (tap water, since it gets dumped later on.)
2. Put the pot on the stove, and set to a medium flame. Wait for about four to seven minutes for the pasta to boil and become soft. Stir occasionally to make sure the distribution of heat is equal and so that this foamy stuff doesn’t overflow from the pot (if stirring isn’t keeping it at bay, just blow directly on top of the pot. That always works!)
3. Drain the pasta onto a wired mesh thing, on top of a sink. Be veryyy careful, since you can EASILY get burns from boiling water. And make sure to keep it away from your face, do it steadily, not all at once, and if terrified, get an adult to do it for you.
4. Put the boiled pasta back into the pot. And now add the pasta sauce. Since this is cooking for dummies, and I am completely incapable of making my own, I simply use Ragu’s red pasta sauce. If you have your own that you can make, or get Dobby to make for you, please feel free to use that instead. I didn’t say, but you can also use white pasta sauce. Obviously. You could also technically use Nutella, but let’s just stick with reasonably not technically, now shall we?
5. Stir in the sauce.
6. Heat for a bit, so the sauce also becomes warm.
7. Viola, you’re done!
8. “lol”, no you aren’t. You still gotta clean up. Unless you get Dobby to do that for you. Then you can really be done at step 7.

Aaaaand that’s my Innovative Cooking for the Lazy and Incapable!

Be it a college student, or just someone else out there with a curse like me, feel free to try this out, and send me some pictures, or comment as to how YOU liked it.

I’d especially loved it if you’d send me your own version of this recipe by adding and doing your own thing to it. Like I might put more veggies next time. (Didn’t have any this time =( ) Or try doing it with a white sauce and brown bread. Add some lettuce. Make it a legit sandwich. Meh, I don’t know, just sort of brainstorming and babbling~

OH, I’m having a few friends over tomorrow, and I’ve still got some pasta left over…well, I know what I’ll be serving them ^_^

Hope this helped, and hope you try it!

It’s REALLY not as gross as it may sound =P

Howdy to a lil’ Holiday DIY SnowGlobe

‘Tis the season of giving, sharing, and- why not?- MAKING!

Snow-glooobes

Wait- it’s the Winter Solstice and it ain’t snowing? And of course, it’s not the same if there are no snowflakes! But do not fret, we can change that up a bit with this simple yet gorgeous DIY I found day before yesterday, but haven’t had the time nor materials to try yet. But here goes anyways.

View the original blog I found this DIY at too, it’s pretty cool =D Plus, you can order a special kit to get all the materials to make this DIY if you want from their site too! Disclaimer- all these photos are from the original blog, Brit+Co, unless otherwise stated.

So, get down with Frosty, and create your own magical winter wonderland, complete with snow in the form of a girl’s best friend, glitter!

Snow-GLobe

I mean, just loook at that spectacular show of shimmer! #EmphasisThroughAlliteration

So let’s get started, now shall we?

Materials-
I Airtight Jar(s)
II Glitter
III A form of SuperGlue (Elfee, or UHU, or E-6000 glue.)
IV Stuff to stick on your jar- like a Christmas Bauble, or other decoration item, like a small tree, or a small figurine, etc.

w640

Step I- Unscrew your jar lid, and glue whatever you will be putting in the snow globe onto it.

w640 (1)

w640 (2)

Press down firmly to make sure it’ll dry securely. Now let it dry properly. To be on the safe side, I’d recommend you to leave it to dry overnight, or to be on the super-safe side, dry for 24 hours. If you’re super giddy to finish the project, then I guess you could shorten the wait to 4 hours, but I’m not sure how well that’d turn out.

Step II- Fill your jar with as much water as possible. Now comes the fun part- adding the glitter! As much as you like, with as many colors as you’d like. Although, you do end up with a snow globe that might have glitter clump in it every now and then. I’ve heard of this tip that’s supposed to fix that up, which is to use hot/warm water in the jar, then use glitter glue instead of glitter as it dissolves in the water more uniformly, yet I haven’t tried this out myself, so I can’t verify whether it works or not. I’ll try this out, then get back to y’all if it does or doesn’t.

w640 (3)

Step III- Shake and enjoy! Have fun making these, and I hope you liked it =D I mean, this is a cute little DIY you could do with kids as a fun little project to lift the holiday spirit, or for those who are homesick without snow this season could be cheered up a bit (I know it worked on me!), and these little guys would make awesome gifts too!

w640 (4)

Just have fun with it, and you can use loads of different stuff instead of tiny Christmas trees. I was thinking of making an Alice in Wonderland themed one myself, honestly. With a lollipop, a peppermint candy cane, and other candies, and a figurine of the Cheshire Cat. I was  thinking of making a Christmasy/Winter Solstice one with Christmas baubles, and plastic snowflake ornaments too. I can’t wait to try this out myself! And soon, I hope!

A Trio of DIYs- Woven Headband, Braided Headband and Braided Scarf

Remember how in the beginning of the summer, i started posting DIYs here? and how i actually did those that i posted? well, here are some in hoping to try out, once i can uncover and discover any possible tees i might have lurking in the depths and darkness and alleyways of my metropolitan closet.

So this first one i found is suuuper easy and i was going to try it out today…but the T-shirt i chose to use has some stains on it! what a bummer! *pouts* so while i wait for the day it comes out of the laundry, i thought id atleast share these awesome DIYs i found ^_^

wait…howd i even find these, you ask? well, like any teenager on the web, i used my assets to my advatage. yesh, i basically did just google the word ‘DIY’. And it worked wonders =D

so i google lead me to pintrest (which i find a terrible place to find good DIYs cuz loads of people hashtag DIY then dont GIVE a DIY…they just post a snapshot of only their end product. it infuriates me to no end -.-) which somehow, miraculously, lead me to these super easy, super fun, and summer-suited, cute, must-try DIYs.

So heres the first one (its about time, frosty…)-

DIY Paper Bow

So i was on howaboutorange.blogspot.gr and found this super simple idea of making a paper bow, and as bow crazed as i am, i simply HAD to try it out. And its a pretty straight forward tutorial on how to make cute, pretty paper bows like these:

paper-bow-template

You can check out the original tutorial here. And as my camera sucks/is broken, ive stolen the pictures from the original blog post of HowAboutOrange =P

1. You download this here pdf file and print out the shapes onto the colored paper of your choice (it could be recycled, patterned, wrapping paper, whatever!) or print it onto plain paper, cut the pieces out and use it as a stencil. (the pdf has enough shapes to make two bows.) Now, your pieces, for ONE bow, are gonna look like this once you cut them out:

pieces

2. You take the elongated sunglasses like shape and bring the two ends to the middle, where i like to glue them together lightly. Itll look something like this:

shape-bow

3. You take the bottom bow bit, the tails of the bow, and glue that to the wings of the bow. Next, take the last little strip of paper and glue that to the paper bow to finish it all off. i like to make this little bit pop, so i glue it loosely together, so that it looks poofy and not as flat. i just like my bow like that, but its really up to you how you want the finished thing to look. All in all, its pretty easy. You just need the shapes to cut out and then its just easy gluing it all together! Heres the finished look, and im inspired that something SO SIMPLE could look so cute, elegant, and even be so much fun to make! This is an adorable idea, and i love HowAboutOrange for creating it at all ❤

DIY-paper-bow

so yeah, have fun with these little/big/huge/medium/whatever the hell  you want-sized paper bows, experiment with designs, colors, materials, anything at all! Hope you have fun making these!

Happy Crafting, y’all~

DIY Puffy Cinched Bow

Hyello all you crafting addicts! =D

picture027

Heres a tutorial i found on how to make a cute versatile bow than can be pinned onto purses, spruce up old looking bags, glued onto plain ballet flats/sandals/flip flops/shoes/whatever, brooched onto a shirt/skirt, clipped into your hair, put on a hat…honestly, it can go on just about anything, as all beautiful bows can ❤

picture026

So i originally followed this tutorial: http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/easy-fabric-bows/instructions/1 but found it a little hard to follow, and basically dumped it and did my own stitching thing, that ill be explaining here. ^id still recommend you to go check that out for the pictures atleast though =P or dont, im copy pasting the pictures here. =D

1. Cut out a huge, long rectangle piece. this is gonna be your bow(duh) and itll be about 1/4 or 1/3 of this actual cut out. keep that in mind when you size it. (since it can be literlly any size you want. make it more squarish if you want the wings of the bow to poof a lot more and look more squished n’ cinched.)

2. Fold the piece as indicated below, along its longest side (if that makes sense…)

1-4_large

3. Stitch the two loose ends closed here, here and here (the red crosses).

1-4_large - Copy

Just make sure youre only stitching these two ends of the piece together, and not accidentally catching the other flat part of the piece. I find it easiest to stitch the outside two red crosses as they help hold everything together, but if your in a hurry or lacking string, the job can get done with only one red crossy stitch done in the centre =) Once finished, youll have a cylinder shape if done correctly.

4.  Now, fold as indicated below, bringing the outside ends together, meeting at the centre line (green).

1-4_large - Copy - Copy its gonna then end up looking something like this:

1-5_large if your bow material is silk or soft or something thats wrinkled, id recommend ironing the bow at this point.

5. The next step is a little confusing as this is where we’ll be cinching up the bow to give it that poofy puffy affect.  Cinch it up where the two flaps youve just folded from the previous step meet. Now, i like to take my needle, and make a running stitch, but not pull the needle through. er, sorta like…. im gathering the material only on the needle. this way, if im not happy with the cinching, or think the bows gone wonky, i can pull the needle out and try it again, as many times as i want (i can get quite picky =) ) and then, finally satisfied, i quickly tug on the needle so the cinching stays the same, but the bow is now resting on the bottom of the string (thats obviously knotted at the end, as im sewing with it =P ). Make sure that youre needle is catching ALL the material of the bow, and not just he back half.

1-5_large

6. Now youre bows got its wings and looks all nice and puffy =) good, were almost done, yaaay! =D i like to finish off by immediately after having pushed the bow to the bottom of the string, wrap the string around the middle to secuire it more, and then knot it off. feel free to wrap around as much of the string you have left, even if its a lot. Well be cover that up anyways. This is what youll end up with:

1-6_large although this is what mine looks like without covering up the stitching, as i think the unfinished look also looks cool:

picture030

7. Now, youll need to cut a smaller rectangular piece thatll go around the middle of the bow and cover up your stitching. (You can bead this middle bit, or glue on  some glitter to give youre bow a cute little glitter accent. sadly, i didnt have time to do that so i dont have pics of any of those ideas…id highly recommend trying them though! =) Now, um, i got lazy with this last step and didnt even bother stitching the last middle bit on. i just tied it, then trimmed the extra tailes sticking out at the ends. not sure you can see it too well in this picture, but thats what ive done. i then passed a safety pin into the knot to turn it into a brooch.

picture028

Hope you enjoyed it! I made a bigger one and but it on a headband =)

What i love about this is that its fun, easy, quick, simple, cute, versatile, and can be used in so many ways! Just have fun with it =D

Good luck~

DIY PaperGem- My First Attempt

So i finally tried out the paper gem DIY. and, alright, it took double the amount of time i thought it would take to make O.o so after 10 min, i finally finished =) =P

*picture was supposed to go here…*

And as i said, the copying/printing the template, cutting and folding happen in minutes, barely.

The glueing it all together part was incredibly hard, though. thats what took forever/8 minutes.

It was impossibly hard and irritating. heres how i did and recommend you to do it=

1. glue together the mid portion first, all of it. the 1a bit.
2. glue together all of ONE of the top pointy bits, 1b.
3. glue these two pieces, 1a and 1b together completely, and with ease.
4. now, this is where it gets tricky. Without glueing 1c beforehand, use it open,            and glue the base of 1c to 1a.
5. now, try to lightly tap, poke, pinch, and push the gem in whichever places to  make sure that all parts of the gem are folded in the right places.  ive found that a bobby pin/’hair grip’/hair pin can be very helpful here. (A sewing needle could also work, but id only recommend it if you really can handle that thing, arent squimish of blood, are patient, careful with your hands and how much force youre applying. )
6. Finally, glue closed the gem by folding the slant side of the top pyramid, the pointy bit, 1c.
7. you might need to poke around at it a bit more to get the shape right.
8. Let dry completely and make sure not to squish =P

And youre DONE! Congrats =D

If all else fails, theres always tape =P you can easily put tap on the tab inside, and then use a bobby pin to flatten the tape down inside. I actually had to resort to this, as unfortunately, when i left my crystal to dry, one little tab didnt stick with the glue. So i did this little tape trick/cheat. and no one can tell i used tape *wink wink* =D im really hating having the semicolon/colon key broken -.-” grrr…

But, despite all glueing challenges, i totally LOVED the end result, and had fun making it too! it was fun, and great, and CUTE. i made mine green and i recycled some colored paper scraps i had leftover from origami making ^_^

Im a BIG origami addict. Today, i actually combined a bunch of things together to make this= a pink origami box inside a box (a little thing i have dubbed Boxception. duh.),  i put this green gem/crystal inside, and closed it all off with a pink heart paper clip =3 =*

More on the box later! I reeeaaaalllyyyy love that origami, so ill post a little walk through on how to make it later =)

Have fun Crafting~
