Which means “The Color Filled Fight!”
Sooo we were initially invited to Mnaz’s farmhouse to have a water fight. But then the seniors (Alya, Mnaz, and Amal) found that they still had some rung (“color”; this dye type stuff that comes in loads of colors. It’s typically a powder, but we had the liquid type that we mixed into water to have a water fight with except it stains your clothes and is just oh so much more fun!), soo we evidently changed our water fight into a rung fight!
Now, Mnaz’s place was gorgeous! It was far away from the city, but it was a five acre house, with brilliant and well-kept gardens/lawns. There was greenery everywhere ❤ It was breathtaking. The house itself was airy and briiight. Not color-wise, but light-wise. There were floor to ceiling windows in nearly every room. The house was only one story, which is very different from the typical piled up houses here, yet it was spread out. It was really refreshing to see~
Ayesha and I got there a bit later (five hours) later than the seniors that had been there since the morning. We got there and what a site to behold! They were all decked out in their old clothes that could get permanently stained. Amal in our school bottoms, and an Orion sports day T-shirt, as was Nahal, but with random polka dotted PJ bottoms. (I was going to wear mine, but I couldn’t cuz I helped lead my house to victory this year~ xD ) Alya was wearing last years icky Battle of the Sexes shirt, the dudes’ light pink one for some reason, also with random PJ bottoms. Mnaz was in a dark T-shirt, and also darkish PJ bottoms. Ayesha and I got changed and then the fight finally began, along with the fuuun! (Ayesh wore an old kurta and pajama that she’d already used at another rung fight. I borrowed Mnaz’s PJs since I didn’t have any clothes my mom was cool with me ruining. Pluuus she wasn’t cool with a “water” fight anyhoo.)
We filled one bucked with red dyed water, and the other with this teal-ish green. We divided into two teams- The Khan Family (Aya- Sharoh Khan/King Khan(Daddy), Nahal- Amir Khan/Ultimate Khan/Preteey(Daddy/sexually confused Mommy), and I-Khan the Third (child)- versus Amal, Ayesha, and Mnaz. The Khan Gang was Red, and Team B (They had no name. Pfft.) were green.
Let the games begin~!
We were running around, then just got lazy and stood near each other, tossing colored water at each other. We were trying to dye our clothes of course, but Alya’s shirt came out fab, as did my PJ bottoms. Mnaz’s shirt was too dark to show any of the colors, and our Orion shirts were made of a material that the color just slid right off (LOL, nice going there with the “quality” shirts, HS!)! We even mixed the two colors that gave us a decent shade of purple, for some reason. (Ever heard of a color wheet? This is some strange shit! Red + Green does NOT give you purple…It’s red + blue, and even then, it’s better if it’s pink + blue…)
Alya got a face full of green, and her face caught a tinge of green afterwards. The water droplets caught in her eyebrows made them look green too… And with her flop of longer hair tied up in such a short pony that it stood straight up spikely, she looked like the splitting image of the Grinch.
Muahahahaha.
Once we ran our of enough to through at each other in our mini bucket mug things, we mixed the two colors together, and tossed most of it at Amal, and theen tossed the remainder up into the air, to rain over us. Needless to say, it didn’t go nearly as swagtastically as we had planned, and it was pretty anticlimactic. Anyhoo, we got a bit crazier once we were done with our fight actually…
We couldn’t go inside dripping dye, so we stood out in the windy weather to dry up a bit first. We also had to take turns to shower, since we just had one bathroom to use and one room to change in. I think it was Alya, but she had the ridiculous idea that to save time or whatever, we should shampoo our hair in the garden. So we were like, yeah, why not. Naturally.
Now, we have Mnaz’s sister fetch us the shampoo, and we we use the hose to douse our hair, then start lathering. We also then use the soap suds to shape our hair into mohawks. Even Amal, Nahal, and I whom all have long hair. Still, Ayesha’s lookd the coolest, and Alya ironically looked just like an emo, as her hair flopped to one side, covering half her face, and refused to stay up, although her hair is the only one that was short enough to shape into a mohawk.
We obviously needed a picture. (Also, Nahal went a bit crazy with the foam and added details to Alya/her Hubby.) Once more, we summon Mnaz’s sister to take pictures of us posing like retards, soaked from head to foot, with dyed mix and matched PJ outfits.
It was hilarious. Then, Ayesha was the first to nab the bathroom, so the rest of us played some more with our shampoo hair. The one with the long hair did the “I whip my hair back and forth” times three thing (Amal was the only one that couldn’t do it, even though my hair’s shorter than hers by just a few inches). Alya shoved her hair away from her face, kind of like how you would with a headband, and honestly, that was when she transformed to Draco Malfoy. She had lightish hair (not nearly as bleached blonde as his, but still!) and her pale skin really helped her pull it off (unwillingly). The wind had even dried up all the shampoo, so you couldn’t see any of the lather, but it made her hair look like it was gelled back. Her hair was slicked back JUST like this:
Nooow because Alya looked like the shampoo had dried her hair into a helmet, we decided to rinse our hair in the garden. Using the hose. Of course. It was fun, the water was cold, it was with friends and it was ridiculous. Perfect ❤
Now, we were about to die of pneumonia as it was reaaally chilly, we were drenched, and had hair that was freshly wet with ice cold water. And Ayesha had possibly died of this deadly disease in the shower, judging by how long it was taking her…
Now, we all gather by this tree and start singing songs- first from High School Musical, then Pokemon songs, THEEN Alya adn I burst into the Hajemaru song (Theme song for Zero no Tsukaima) and the HxH song Departure (of course)- until Amal and Nahal nabbed the swings and started playing on those. Now, we’re all having a greaaat time, and then we realize that Ayesha’s done and dressed. Who’s next?
We were all grudging to leave, but I decided to take one for the team, and went. I did the stupid thing where I changed in the bathroom (cuz I didn’t bother trying to closet he windows) and my skinny jeans got pretty soaked. And damn it was incredibly hard to get the green dye off my back, and just as hard to get those jeans on in such a wet bathroom.
Now, we’re all taking turns going to take showers, and this is when Mnaz gets a random call from Zaid that he’s showing up with Tammy. “kaaay”. It’s totally cool with Mnaz’s parents since they know these guys, so they just showed up out of the blue. Then Zaid even summons forth Faizy (the best friend person of Kamil, Humzah Haroon, and Fahad).
We then had an awkward moment where Zaid went into the room Amal was supposed to change in after her shower. He closed the door. Now, we are all aware of Amal x Zaid, sooo we weren’t expecting those two to be discussing chess tactics. Err, yeah. Alya went in at some point (with her eyes closed xD ) to get her purse only to discover that Zaid wasn’t in there! He couldn’t have crawled out the windows since they were still closed, and even then, we stubbornly searched the house a bit in case he poofed or something. We reached the only conclusion. Zaid was in the shower with Amal.
Cue utter awkwardness. Faizy and Tammy wanted to knock on the door impersonating Mnaz’s mom- “why not her dad since you guys both have deep voices?” “Nah, that’s boring. And no fun.” More awkwardness.
In the end, the rest of us shove off into the garden and start a game of charades, but it starts to drizzle, and no one was too interested in the games, so we came inside again. Those two lovebirds still hadn’t come out. Sooo we climb on up to the roof, and jump right above the bathroom they were in, just to let them know that we exist and know that they’re in there together.
Now, we’re back inside, just chilling in the lounge, and these two just stroll on out, acting and looking like nothing strange or intense had happened whatsoever. The rest of us also followed their example.
We then moved on to having fooood! It was Ah-maaaa-zing. Mnaz had stayed up all night making us a shiz load of red velvet cupcakes that were great for home made (with the icing too!). Her mom made a pizza, as well as this really different pasta with red sauce and minced meat/keema that went with this dhai/yoghurt type topic thingie. I tried it all together like you were supposed to eat it, and it was great!
And now, for Ze Tale of the Wasp & Coke-
(A wasp entered the room, and Tammy and Alya freaked out the most xD The only ones not freaked were Zaid and me. Faizy was a bit freaked initially, but he then got distracted.)
It was reaaally funny. It landed on the coke bottle cap-right in front of Alya. Just about everyone ran for it, but I stayed sitting as did Zaid and Faizy. (Mnaz was already standing, serving food like a good hostess, and she didn’t move. She didn’t seem freaked out at all either, now that I think about it.)
Faizy asks me to pass him the Coke. I asked him if he was sure about that. “..Yeah, course I am.” “Okaay.” *I pick up the bottle, with the wasp still on it, mind you!, and proceed to pass it over slowly* “Thanks” *GRABS THE DAMNED BOTTLE FROM THE CAP WHERE THE WASP WAS STILL SITTING* He then yelps, drops the bottle, the wasp flies away, there are gasps, and he shakes his hand.
“The wasp was on that?” “YEAH, why do you think I asked if you were sure you wanted me to pass it?” “Didn’t you see the wasp (Zaid)?” “No, I wasn’t looking.” He was preoccupied with something on his phone instead.
Niiiice.
It was interesting. I died of laughter.
Then we went outside, onto the porch and played card games! Like the Anime Game!
We all picked a legit anime noise. Played a round. Picked other animal noises- weird ones like ‘meep meep’ (Zaid/Roadrunner), ‘arf’ (Ayesha/seal), ‘Ding’ (Alya, Fox, evidently.), ‘blub’ (fishie/Faizy), ‘gwap’ (Tammy/Hagrid’s half brother giant?), etc. And theeen, we played on difficulty mode and chose each others names! It was intense. I was one of the people to win that round >w<
On my way home, I saw in the car that it had stuck 10:52 pm. That is the latest I have been out ever, since school party functions don’t count. (As they usually start late, they end late too, and usually span to ten o’clock easy. The A-level functions usually make it to eleven, but then the teachers shut them down, and everyone finds their way to the after parties. (I’ve been invited to all of them, weirdly enough, but I just never felt the urge to go, as the crowd isn’t my cup of tea.)) I just felt really satisfied that I had been out that late, hanging out with friends, and it was such a blast too!
All in all, it was hilarious, and utterly fabulous. It was memorable ❤
It was great, and I hope we do something that fun again!
